Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to FYDO ("FYDO", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The price shown is the MRP of the pack. Any delivery charge is shared on WhatsApp before you pay.
• Product details, ingredients and nutrition information are as printed on the pack. Please read the pack label before eating, especially if you have a food allergy (FYDO contains soy).
• Product images are for illustration. The pack you receive may look slightly different, for example after a design update.
• Stock is limited. We may change prices or availability at any time, but this never affects an order we've already confirmed.

How ordering works

1. You fill in the order form and send the order to us on WhatsApp.
2. You pay by UPI and send us the payment screenshot on WhatsApp.
3. Your order is confirmed only after we verify the payment. Until then, it is a request.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, we can't deliver to your address, or a payment can't be verified. If you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

We accept UPI payments to the UPI ID shown on our website. Please check the payee and amount in your UPI app before paying. We're not responsible for payments sent to any other UPI ID.

Health information

FYDO is a food product, not a medicine. Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or follow a special diet, please check with your doctor.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to it.
