This policy applies to FYDO ("FYDO", "we", "us"). We respect your privacy and keep things simple.

What we collect

When you order, you send us your name, phone number, delivery address (city, state and pincode) and any note you add. This goes to us in the WhatsApp message you choose to send. Your payment screenshot or UPI details also reach us through WhatsApp.

This website does not store your details. The order form only builds a WhatsApp message on your phone. Nothing is saved on our website, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies on it.

How we use it

• To confirm your order and verify your payment
• To pack and deliver your order, and to share tracking updates
• To help with any problem, cancellation or refund
• To send you a back-in-stock message, but only if you asked for one

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to deliver your order (name, phone and address) with our courier or delivery partner. We never sell your data. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Third-party apps

WhatsApp, Instagram and your UPI app are run by other companies. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

How long we keep it

We keep order details only as long as we need them to fulfil the order, handle any issue, and keep the records the law asks of us (for example, tax records).

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop sending you messages, at any time. Just WhatsApp us.
