For Dark Chocolate, Seeds & Berries: no refined sugar. It's sweetened with organic jaggery (7%). The nutrition label lists 0g added sugar and 5.6g total sugar per 100g.

Take 1 cup of FYDO and 2 cups of milk, and cook for 3–4 minutes on a medium flame. Enjoy with fruit, dried fruit and nuts. Milk works better than water for taste.
